Terms and Conditions

  • Right of Withdrawal/Returns:
    • Timeframe: Buyers have 14 days from receiving the artwork to notify the seller of their intent to return it. 
    • Process: Buyers must reply to the order confirmation email or use a specific form to initiate a return, referencing the order number. 
    • Condition of Artwork: To be eligible for a refund, the artwork must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. 
    • Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. 
    • Refunds: Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method, minus the original shipping cost. 
  • Artwork Delivery:
    • Signature Required: Delivery requires a signature, confirming receipt. 
    • Examination upon Receipt: Buyers are responsible for examining the package for damage before opening it and signing. 
    • Damaged Artwork: If the package shows signs of damage, the buyer have to sign for it as «Received Damaged» and inform the seller immediately. 
  • Buyer Responsibilities:
    • Information Accuracy: Buyers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information. 
    • Acceptance of Terms: By placing an order, buyers are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions. 
  • Artist Responsibilities:
    • Legal Compliance: Artist ensure they have the legal right to sell the artwork and that it doesn’t infringe on any copyright or intellectual property rights.
